- Glazing: With our standard ready-made frames, you’ll receive a complimentary upgrade to UV70 anti-reflective museum glass for sizes up to and including 21 × 30 cm. Frames from 30 × 40 cm are supplied with 2 mm acrylic glass.
- Backing: Acid free, conservation quality materials for long term protection of the artwork.
- Frame: Made exclusively from FSC certified woods or upcycled wood sourced directly from Berlin. All frames are handmade in Berlin.
- Hanging system: Every frame comes ready to hang.
- Production time: Depending on the product, between 4 and 10 business days.
- Shipping costs: Depending on weight, between €5.90 and €8.95 within Germany. EU shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.
- Uncollected packages: A return fee equal to the shipping costs may apply.

- Damaged delivery: Please send photos of the frame and packaging to frameit@frameworksberlin.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Returns: You have 14 days to return your frame if you are not satisfied.
- Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued once the item has arrived back undamaged.
