Delivery times
Our production time is between 1 and 7 working days, depending on the product. As soon as your order is received, we will pack your goods and dispatch them. We strive to complete this process as quickly as possible. The delivery times depend on the logistics company and are beyond our control.
Packaging & Security
Our picture frames are all securely packaged and, if requested, sent insured. All picture frames are 90% packed with bubble wrap made from recycled and recyclable plastic and cardboard made from renewable raw materials and provided with a »caution glass« sticker. Depending on the size and customer requirements, the framed work of art is shipped either by DHL or a forwarding agency without glass breakage insurance. Alternatively, we also offer professional art transport, where the shipping costs are based on the size, distance and value of the work of art Document the packaging and the goods and send them to us by email.

Shipment tracking
